The purpose of this event is to create awareness and credibility for Exciting Windows! Members on a national and local level to result in increased appointments and high quality sales to target customers.  One Exciting Windows! member credits $60,000 plus in sales as a result of following up leads and press from the program.  Hundreds, potentially thousands, of registrations from entrants at a national level and with Exciting Windows! Members locally will result.  A specific objective is 50 registrations per owner, based on strong local promotion.  We received 18,000+ entries with contact information to keep in touch and build awareness with this program, and members who promoted strongly added hundreds of contacts to their individual databases. 

This is a fabulous “Marketing Event” for members to advertise locally, and a reason to call past customers.  As entering to win takes place on line, we will dramatically increase the exposure for our Exciting Windows! concept and our Global and HomeTown Websites.  Do not miss out on this event.  The Exciting Windows! / Michael Payne Windows Makeover Sweepstakes was conceived and recommended by your National Advisory Council.  Your Business Advisors have also reviewed and approved of this program. They are recommending 100% PARTICIPATION from all members.

Dates for Event Launch Cnd closing

1.    January 1, 2010 – Soft launch to current customers with public advertising and PR beginning during the month of January

2.    February 14, 2010 – Program introduction at Conference with complete explanation

3.    May 31, 2010 – Contest ends, entries gathered and tabulated.  Winner then selected

4.    June - Winner Selection Process

5.    July - Winner Announced

6.    October – Installation and PR opportunities begin

Participation Requirements

All participating members will sign a Participation Agreement.  The participation fee will cover a portion of the costs, along with corporate and NAF funding.  The Participation Fee includes registration, promotional kit of instructions, press releases, and advertising layouts for flyers and postcards- available through Quantum Printing.   The Participation Fee has been reduced $50 from 2009:

1. $99 participation for businesses under $100,000.
2. $199 participation for businesses over $100,000.
3. For all Exciting Windows! members who Register for the 2010 Exciting Windows! Annual Conference by January 1st, you may enjoy deferred billing until April 1st for your Sweepstakes participation fee if you would like that option.
